HOW -
The Commercial Knife Sterilization Cabinet has a timer system which activates a UV-C tube.
 |
When switched on, the tube emits UV-C light at 253.7nm directly onto all areas of the knife, breaking down the DNA of any micro-organisms found on the knife.
UV-C At this level is proven to destroy 99.9% of sources of potential food poisoning bacteria, such as E-Coli, Salmonella and Listeria.
