| This Seven Year Limited Warranty is available only to the Original Purchaser. It covers all defects in you IOC Electrical Flying Insect Eliminator caused by faulty material or workmanship.... except that it does not cover black light insect attraction lamps, fluorescent starters, any listed accessories, or defects or damage caused by improper service or maintenance or by replacement parts that are not authorized by IOC. This Warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages under this or any other expressed or implied warranties.
Replacement parts will be provided and invoiced at current list price.... with applicable warranty credit being issued after return of the defective product or respective part(s) together with proof of and date of purchase, freight prepaid, for examination and determination of warranty credit.
Returned goods must be accompanied by return authorization numbers issued by IOC prior to return. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal.
Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from locality to locality.
Three Year Warranty
This product is warranted for a period of three years against defective parts and workmanship, excluding black light lamps and sticky glueboards. Proper maintenance of this device includes periodic glueboard replacement, annual black light lamp replacement, and routine cleaning.
