All sales are final. Any Defect Merchandise must be reported with 15 days from date of recieving order, to returns@mosquitocontrol.ca and will be requires to recieve a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to recieve an Exchange Only.
RETURNS
- Merchandise must be returned wth an RMA#, in original, new re-sellable condition, within 15 days of receipt. Original, new re-sellable refers to all items returned must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused. And also include all of the invoice, original material, accessories and manuals that were sent with the product with your return.
- Used, damaged or non-resellable products will not be eligible for exchanges. In addition to opened containers, broken seals and packages are not returnable . Products returned in any of these stated conditions will be sent back to sender without exchange.
- It is the responsibility of the you the customer to return any product in the stated above original packaging and in resellable condition. Please properly package and insure the product so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims can not be made on products not properly and securely packaged.
- A full refund will be given upon return of products, minus any original shipping/handling cost. We are unable to refund shipping cost unless it is determined it is our fault or the manufacturers.
- Products are to be returned, shipping prepaid by insured receipt (for your Protection) along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return and request detailing exchange.
Returns Authorization
Returns Require an Authorization Number. If you have purchased a returnable product and would like to return it, please email us at returns@mosquitocontrol.ca with your invoice number and then you will be emailed an RMA#, then return with your order number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
PLEASE NOTE:
No Returns or Exchanges are permitted for Discontinued, Special Ordered, Non-Stocked or Close-Out Merchandise.

EXCHANGES
- Please first read the above information on Returns before proceeding with exchanges.
- Merchandise must be returned, in original, New Re-sellable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
- Clearly State Item or Items you would like in Exchange for your Return. You must Prepay the Shipping to Return the Item. Clearly State Item or Items you would like in Exchange for your Return.
- For exchange items we will charge you a second return shipping charge to get the item(s) to you. You will also be required to pay for the shipping of items back to us.
- We will notify you when we receive returned merchandise.
DAMAGES
- All orders shipped by mosquitocontrol.ca are insured. Mosquito Control Inc. and www.mosquitocontrol.ca is responsible for your shipment until it arrives at its destination.
- Mosquito Control Inc. and www.mosquitocontrol.ca makes extra effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged and well protected in transit to avoid damages. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you inspect your packages before accepting them.
- If your product does arrive damaged, we will send you another one as long as you do the following:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged products at returns@mosquitocontrol.ca
- Advise the carrier of the damage immediately.
- Sign the insurance claim forms
- Hold on to all the packing material, invoices and product for our shipping agent to inspect the damage.
- If you discard the original packing materials and/or item before inspection you will not be entitled to an exchange only.
- We will notify you when we receive returned merchandise.
DEFECTS
- If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange only.
- Contact us as soon as possible to notify us of dective product at returns@mosquitocontrol.ca.
- Defective products may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days after receipt, there will no charge for the shipping of the exchanged product.
- For issues that arise after 15 days, please refer to manufacturer's warranty for that product, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
- Any non-defective products that is returned and not in the original packing or not sellable for new within 15 days from receipt will be not be exchanged.

We may make changes, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time, at our discretion. To keep you informed of any changes, we will post any policy updates on this document. This policy is always available to read, and we encourage you to check back for updates.
This Policy is a legally binding contract between Mosquito Control Inc. and mosquitocontrol.ca and its purchasers and/or users.
